MINUTES
ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ATTENDANCE
Chairperson Pro Tem Rea called the meeting of the Design Review Board to order at 5:40 p.m.
in the upstairs conference room of the Alfred Stiff Professional Building, 20 East Olive Street, Bozeman, Montana and took the attendance.

1. Safeway Fueling Station Informal # Z-13007
(Krueger/Johnson) 1801 West Main Street
* An Informal Review to allow the construction of a 790 square foot fueling kiosk and associated 2,000 square foot commercial tenant space with
six fuel pumps with twelve fuel dispensers and fueling locations in a pump island for auto fuel sales, and associated site improvements.
Informal comments were taken.

REVIEW
1. Ellis View Estates Preliminary Plan PUD #Z-13131 (Saunders/Johnson) 3601 Good Medicine Way
* A Planned Unit Development Application to allow the development of 5.010 acres
for a residential lot and open space in conjunction with a Preliminary Plat.
Open and continued to July 10th meeting.
