ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ATTENDANCE
Chairperson Garberg called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. and took attendance.

ITEM 2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
ITEM 3. MINUTES OF AUGUST 20, 2013
The Board had the following amendments to the minutes: 1)
correct the spelling of Member Garberg’s first name; and 2) Member McSpadden noted that the Zoning Commission recommendation is not an entitlement (the exact wording of this amendment
will be reviewed and brought to the next Zoning Board meeting). A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the August 20, 2013 meeting as amended. The motion passed unanimously.

Village LLC, 101 East Main Ste. D, Bozeman, MT 59715, applicant Delaney & Co. Inc., 101 East Main Ste. D, Bozeman, MT 59715, and representative Jami Morris, 2440 Etta Place Ste. D,
Bozeman MT 59718, to modify the text of the UMU District. (Saunders)
A motion was made and seconded and to continue this item on the next meeting on October 1, 2013. The motion
passed unanimously.
