A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE, MATURITY DA'IE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS 'TO BE
ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 482.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State
of Montana, held on the 7th day of June 1967, the said City Commission duly passed

A SPECIAL IMPROVEMEN~ DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 482 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING
AND INSTALLING AN ASPHALTIC-CONCRETE TYPE PAVEMENT TOGETHER WITH
INTREGAL CONCRETE CURBS AND GUTTERS AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES
THERETO, ALSO CONSTRUCTION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF NECESSARY DRAINAGE
INLETS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO ON THAT PORTION OF SOUTH FOURTH
AVENUE BETWEEN WEST ARTHUR STREET AND WEST GARFIELD STREET.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was
duly created, bids for the construction of said improvement were called for,
contracts for the constructiQn of said improvement were let and special
improvement district bonds for the payment of said improvement were sold.
NOW, THEREFDRij:, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 482
of the City of Bozeman shall bear the date of 1 October, 1967, shall have a maturity
date of January 1, 1987, and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be
issued under said Special Improvement District is $11,000.00, and the attached
I". coupons may bear the faosimile signature of the Mayor and the Clerk of th...e
Commission.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular
session thereof held on the 6th day of September, 1967.

I, Erna V. Harding, Clerk of the Commission of The City of Bozeman do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1338 was published by title and number in
the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in said City in the issue of September 11th, 1967 and due proof of such
publication is on file in my office.
