Mr. Mayor, Commissioners;
Good Morning.
I'm writing to encourage you to vote favourably for the proposed Story MillCommunity park proposal before you this evening.
My family and I built our home in Creekwood, located approximately one mile Eastof the proposed park site. We are very much in favour of a community park beingdeveloped on this site.
In addition, I have twice canvassed our subdivision and have spoken withapproximately 80% of the homeowners in Creekwood. Everyone I spoke with is infavour of this park and fully supports its development. Many, especially those withyoung children, spoke of how they hope to use the park. I expect those who areable will attend tonight's meeting and speak to this.
Further, I have a MS in waterfowl biology and have worked in the outdoor educationfield for several years. The possibility of having an easily accessible outdoor learningsite for young, inquisitive minds is a wonderful opportunity and one of whichBozeman can be proud to show off in its promotional literature.
Please give this proposal your full consideration and upon reflection, support thissuperb opportunity before you.
