Street Holdings, LLC as Grantor, a Drainage and Access Easement, a Mutual Access Easement and Agreement, a Public Trail Access Easement, and a Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access Easement and
Agreement, for the proposed Town Pump No. 8 convenience station, #Z-13132.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign on behalf of the City of Bozeman as Grantee, with Park Street Holdings, LLC as Grantor, a Drainage and Access Easement, a Mutual Access
Easement and Agreement, a Public Trail Access Easement, and a Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access
Easement and Agreement, for the proposed Town Pump No. 8 convenience station, #Z-13132..
BACKGROUND: Zoning application #Z-13132 was conditionally approved by the City to allow a new
gas convenience station to be constructed at the southeast corner of the intersection of Huffine Lane and Cottonwood Road. The project is known as Town Pump No. 8. The easements attached to this
memorandum are required for final site plan approval of the project. City engineering staff has reviewed
each easement and finds them acceptable for execution by the City Manager followed by recordation at the office of the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None.
