NO. 1379
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF 'PHE CITY OF EOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE, MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE
ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 487
WHEREA S , at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, S ta te
of Montana, held on the 3rd day of April, 1968,

passed Commission Resolution No. 1365, creating Special Improvement District no. 487,

THE CITY OF BOZF}.I[AN FOR 'T'HE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING AN ASPH.
ALTIC..CONCRETE TYPE PAVEMENT PROJECT TOGETHER WITH INTREGAL CONCRETE CURBS
AND GUTTERS AND NECESSARY APPURTFNANCES 'PHERETO, ALSO CONSTRUCTION ANT) RE..
CONSTRUCTION OF NECESSARY DRAINAGE FACILITIES INCLUDING STORM DRAINAGE PIPE,
MANHOLES, INLETS AND OTHER NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO, ON SEVENTH
AVENUE SOUTH, GRAND STREET TO KAGY BOULEVARD AND ON THE NORTHERLY ONE"HALF
OF KAGY BOULEVARD BETWEEN A POINT 200 FEET WESTERLY OF THE WEST LINE OF
SOUTH SEVENTH AVENUE ANT) A POINT 919 FEET EASTERLY OF SAID WESTERLY LINE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly
created, bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, con
trac ts
for the construction of said improvement were let and special improvement district
bonds for the payment of said improvement were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZi-\MAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 487 of
the City of Bozeman shall bear the date of .July 1, 1968,
shall have a maturity date
of .January 1, 1987, and tha t the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued
under said Special Improvement District is $80,000.00, which bonds shall be in the I
denomination of $1,000.00 each, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile
signa~)re of the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted bv the Commissi'!n of the Ci ty of Bozeman a t a regular
session thereof held on the 14th day of August, 1968. ~
