3. Consent Items -
a. Award bid for one new biosolids injector vehicle for the Wastewater Treatment
Plant - Ag Chem Equipment Co., Minnetonka, Minnesota - in the bid amount of
$195,790.00
b. Confirm Mayor's appointment of Mark Haggerty as the County representative on
the City Planning Board
c. Claims
Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions
4. Work Session -
(A) Proposed Commission Resolution No. 3406 - providing for the certificate
establishing the plan of government with self-government powers - Assistant City
Manager Brey
5. Continued public hearing - Ordinance No. - interim emergency ordinance providing for
a six-month moratorium on submission and approval of all permits for any alteration to or change
in use of any existing residential building or development which has effect of displacing existing
low or moderate cost housing
Conduct continued public hearing; motion and vote (to or not to adopt
Ordinance No. 1527)
