Campus Crest Zone Map Amendment to change the zoning of 5.0 acres of R-3 (Residential Medium Density District); 10.6 acres of R-1 (Residential Single Household Low Density District) and 0.39 acres of R-2 (Residential Two Household Medium Density District) to R-4 (Residential High Density District), Application Z13268 (Riley)  07:06:36 PM Greg Sullivan, City Attorney Mr. Sullivan spoke regarding a formal ethics opinion he provided to Mayor Krauss on this agenda item in which he did not find a conflict of interest on this matter. The question was raised by several members of the public. The formal ethics opinion can be found on the city website. 07:09:01 PM Commissioner Cyndy Andrus Ms. Andrus disclosed that she lives in the Alder Creek neighborhood but does not feel she has a
