COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1371
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE, MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE
ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 486.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana, held
on the 3rd day of April, 1968, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution No. 1364 ,
creating Special Improvement District No. 486, entitled: I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN CREATING
A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 486 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRU-
CTING AND INSTALLING AN EIGHT (8) INCH SANITARY SEWER LATERAL AND
A SIX (6) INCH CAST IRON WATERMAIN ON RAGY BOULEVARD BETWEEN THE
CENTERLINE OF GREEKWAY AND A POINT NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO AND
FORTY SEVEN HUNDREDTHS ($982.47) FEET WESTERLY THEREOF, THE CON-
STRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF SAID SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN
TO INCLUDE TRENCH EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL, INSTALLATION OF VITRI-
FIED TILE SEWER AND CAST IRON PIPE, NECESSARY WYES AND TEES,
SERVICE STUBS, PIPE BEDDING MATERIAL, NECESSARY MANHOLES AND FIRE
HYDRANTS AND OTHER APPURTENANT WORK THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement Districtwas duly created,
bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction of
said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said im-
provement were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 486, of the City
of Bozeman shall bear the date of July I, 1968, shall have a maturity date of January I, 1988,
and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement
District is $22,000.00, and the attahced coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the Mayor I
and the Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof
held on the 19th day of June, 1968.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1371 was published
by title and number in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation printed and published in said City in the issue of
June 21, 1968 and due proof of such publication is on file in my office.
