Dear TOP Committee and Bozeman City Commission:
Bozeman is extremely lucky to have the support of a community that values our
children's well being and is willing to vote for and pay for outdoor
infrastructure. Our town is unmatched in Montana as a high quality place to
live and I hope that as you consider funding the sports park that you do so at a
level that reflects that quality.
It is important to our community that the sports park be top notch and capable
of hosting large statewide and regional tournaments. As any of you know, lots
of money is spent at local businesses in the towns where spots tournaments are
hosted. I know as a traveling soccer mom, how much money I have spent
traveling.
Most importantly, providing a safe high quality sports complex for the
community to recreate and in the process keep healthy, will allow Bozeman to
remain a great place to live.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter and to your commitment to
Bozeman's Parks and Trails. I encourage you to cast your support to fund at the
greatest level possible a high quality sports park that will reflect a commitment
to our youth that will be a source of pride for our city.
