A RESOUJTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE, MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED
IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 488.
WHE:iEAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State
I of Montana, held on the 12th day of June, 1968, the
said City Commission duly passed
Commission Resolution No. 1369,creating Special Improvement District No. 488, en ti tIed:
A RESOLU1'ION OF THE CITY COMMTSSION OF THE CITY OF BOZI;:MAN CREATING A
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 488 OF THE cr TY OF BOZEMAN FOR THB~ PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND IN-
STALLING AN ASPEALTIC-CONCRETE PAVEMENT, INTREGAL CONCRETE. CURBS AND
GUTTERS AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO; ALSO CONSTRUCTING STORM
DRXINAGE SYSTEM AND MANHOLES, CONSTRUCTlnN AN') RECONSTRUCTION OF NEC-
ESSARY "RAINAGF INLETS AN') APPURTENANCES THERETO ON THA l' PORTION OF
EAST BABCOCK STREET BETWEEN SmJTH CHURCH AVENTTE AND SOUTH WALLACE
A VENUE AND ON THAT PORTION OF SOTTTH WALLACE A VENUE BETWEEN EAST BABCOCK
STREET AND EAST MAIN STREBT.
WHEREAS, pUrSl]ant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly
crea ted, bids for the cons truc tion of said improvemen t were called for, con trac ts
for
the construction of said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds
for the payment of said improvement were sold,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Tha t the bond s to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 488
of the City of Bozeman shall bear the date of July 1, 1968,
shall have a ma turi ty
date of January 1, 1987, and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued
under said Special Improvement District is $31,000.00 which bonds shall be in the
I denominations of $1,000.00 each, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile
signa ture of the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular
session thereof held on the 14th day of August, 1968.

that the foregoing Resolution No. 1380 was published by title and number in the
Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in said City in the issue of August 19th, 1968, and due proof of such publication is
on file in my office.
