Dear Commissioners,
I would like to write an email of support for the Sports Parks including multi sportsfields, soccer fields and lacrosse fields.
As a pediatrician and advocate of children's health, this opportunity is a no-brainer. Our town is in great need of more fields, courts, and facilities for sports andrecreation. Exercise improves not only physical health but also improves schoolperformance. Organized sports participation reduces a child's likelihood ofparticipation in risky behaviors such as use of drugs, alcohol, etc.
I would ask that you support this opportunity to improve the health of the children inour community.
