I am writing to urge support for the proposed Sports Complex. This is a project that
will give back to the community and athletes of Montana for years to come.
I am a parent of two sons who have been active in soccer over the last 12 years. Our
family has had the pleasure of traveling to other communities to participate in soccer-
related competition. We are so grateful to be able to spend time with our kids, their
friends, their kids' families at the facilities other communities have made a priority to
develop. It is time we made that available to other families in our sports community.
I can tell you first hand, we have spent many dollars in Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon,
Montana, Nevada and Utah supporting our kids in pursuing their love of soccer. Let's
bring a little bit of that cash back into our own great town of Bozeman, by creating a
facility that will be well-used and a source of pride for our talented athletes and their
families.
