Re: Final Plat Application—Headlands Subdivision
Dave,
This letter is being submitted to clarify portions of the planned unit development. The submittal
for Final PUD Plan Review has been turned in and most of the information is in the final plat
application. Final plan submittal requirements:
Under Section#3, Items A,B,D and Section#4, Items B,C-This information has been previously
submitted under the subdivision application.
Section#4, Item"D" has been addressed under the covenants as submitted with the final plat.
Section H-Applicant accepts the conditions and restrictions of reference site plan upon review of
applicant's council.
