Baxter Meadows Ph. 2E, 2F, & 5A MaSub Pre-App P14006 (Saunders/Johnson) Northwest of the intersection of Baxter Lane and Davis Lane * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 28 acres into 62 townhouse lots, one multi-household lot, and 2 commercial lots. 3. Baxter Meadows Ph. 2E, 2F, & 5A Concept PUD Z14018 (Saunders/Johnson) Northwest of the intersection of Baxter Lane and Davis Lane * A Concept Planned Unit Development Application to provide a mixture of commercial and residential uses while being reviewed concurrently with a Pre-Application. 4. Westbrook MaSub Prel Plat P13047 (Saunders/Johnson) 3663 Durston Road * A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 33.568 acres into 62 lots. 5. Westbrook ZMA Z13296 (Saunders/Johnson) 3663 Durston Road * A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation from R-2 (Residential Two-Household Medium Density District) to R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) to R-4 (Residential High Density District) on 5.41 acres. (Second of a two week review.) 6. Boulder Creek ZMA Z14030 (Riley/Johnson) 3663 Durston Road * A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation from R-2 (Residential Two-Household Medium Density District) to R-4 (Residential High Density District) on ~.66 acres, R-4 (Residential High Density District) to R-2 (Residential Two-Household Medium Density District) on ~.21 acres, and from PLI (Public Lands & Institutions District) to R-2 (Residential Two-Household Medium Density District) on ~.76 acres to match the proposed subdivision layout. (Second of a two week review.) ITEM 4. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Media Station Live/Work CUP/VAR Z14036 (Rogers/Johnson) 105 North 8th Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Variance to add two ground floor residential apartment units to an existing commercial structure with a variance request to encroach 17 feet into a required 25 foot front yard setback.
