Re: Minor Modifications to Walton Homestead PUD Parking Layout, #Z-04015A
Dear Kevin,
The proposed minor PUD modification to allow a different parking layout for Common Area A-1 in the
Walton Homestead PUD has been approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval is for the new parking layout only; building footprints shown on modified Final Site
Plan are conceptual and will be evaluated for setbacks, coverage, etc. with site plan review;
2. Please submit a revised landscape plan for review and approval prior to landscape installation;
3. The parking lot shall be constructed in accordance with Section 18.46.020 “Stall, Aisle, and
Driveway Design;”
4. Regarding the stormwater calculations:
a. The slot width for Basin 18A must be ½-inch;
b. We typically do not allow stormwater ponds to discharge to the street, but in this case since
it is a relatively small basin, and there is another inlet a little over 100-feet down the road that
will intercept the flow, it will be acceptable.
