SUBJECT: Accept the South 15th Avenue Public Street and Utility Easement and authorize the City Manager’s signature.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the South 15th Avenue Public Street and Utility Easement for Alder Creek Phase 5.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Public Street and Utility Easement (from the
Gilhousens) for the above referenced project. South 15th Avenue straddles the property line
between Alder Creek Subdivision and the adjoining property to the west. This easement is
required in order for the entire street width to be constructed as was required by the conditions of approval for Alder Creek. Engineering staff has reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
