Dear Mr. Michels,
The Planning Director has determined that the requested uses allowed for Lot 5 shall
also be allowed for amended Lot 8A of Valley Commons Business Park. Professional and
Business Offices are uses allowed on all lots according to the Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions for this business park.
Due to the change in lot configuration, according to Subdivision Exemption #E-0113,
we request that you submit the site plan for in-house review by the Planning Office prior to
applying for a building permit. This will allow us to ensure zoning compliance and to resolve
any issues at an earlier stage in the review process.
