Dear Mayor Krauss and Bozeman City Commissioners:
I am writing this letter concerning the non-discrimination ordinance thatthe city is considering. First I would ask why Bozeman needs this ordinance
since Bozeman has no reports of discrimination against the homosexualcommunity. Second I would ask why one group deserver’s special protection
over another.I am a husband, father and grandfather that would like my community to be a
safe place for my family and would not consider it safe if men are allowed inwomen’s/girls bathrooms.
As a resident of the Gallatin Co and an employee of a business that is within theBozeman city limits I urge you not to go forward with the non-discrimination
ordinance. I thank you for your service to the City of Bozeman.
