We,the undersigned Owners o[the real property situated 6zthe County of Gallatin, State nf
&Ynntouu and more particularly described onfollows:
19TH Capital Group Annexation to the City of Bozeman,Gallatin County,Montana,according to
the official map or plat thereof,COS NO.2008-A,on file and of record in the office of the Clerk
and Recorder of said County.
ON CONSIDERATION of receiving approval nfaaitoplmznnUbvnubjocty,ogertyu,allovvthe
construction oCou office building from the City of Bozeman,along with accompanying rights and
privileges and for other and valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby ocknmvJedgcJ,in
recognition of the impacts»o West Kazy Boulevard that will 6o generated 6y the development ufthe
above-described property,have waived and do hereby for ourselves,our heirs,personal representatives,
successors and assigns,the right to protest the creation of one or more special improvement districts for
the construction of street improvements to West Kagy Boulevard including Paving,curb/gutter,
sidewalk,storm drainage,and intersection improvements,"/tv make any written protest against the
proposed work or against the extent or creation of the districts to be assessed in response to a duly
passed resolution of intention to create one or more special improvement districts which would include
the above-described property.
