Mayor Becker called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.

Mayor Becker asked City Mai-lager Chris Kukulski if there were any changes to
the Agenda. Mr. Kukulski stated no.

Deputy Mayor Krauss stated that he and Mayor Becker have served together for 8 years
and highlighted different projects that they were involved in over the years. Becker was
presented a cane, bat and a photo of the City of Bozeman, Each Commissioner stated
their appreciation to Mayor Becker for his service to the community.

Mayor Becker spoke regarding the future and highlighted accomplishments of the entire
Commission over the years. He spoke regarding the future of the City including
Economic Development, the importance of quality of life and public engagement.

Mayor Krauss opened public comment.

Mr. Taylor spoke in appreciation of the City team that has fostered a positive
environment in Bozeman. Ile also spoke in appreciation of a particular Building
Inspector.

Ms. Cruzado stated that she is the President of MSU and spoke in appreciation of the City
partnership in excellence and congratulated the new Commission.

2014 as city offices will be closed on the 20th in observance of Martin
Luther King Jr. Day.
