Add Red Route to Saturday
Add three Green runs to Belgrade on Saturday
Re-establish lost service from last fiscal year.
Add additional hours to weekday service.
Revise

Work to establish more frequent service.
2015 Goals
Re-evaluate lost service from the 2013 Fiscal Year.
Second Livingston Run
Belgrade morning run
Blue ½ hour morning runs
Revise weekend
service by adding routes or time including evaluating Belgrade.
Continue our efforts to install street furniture and bus shelters. Good News!
Work to establish more frequent service.
Work
with our Transit Specialist to update our schedules, routes and software.
Work with all local providers to support a cohesive transit plan.
Evaluate adding Three Forks and Manhattan
to our service area.
Due to the uncertainty of funding and the lateness of the project, I don’t see any whole sale changes for the upcoming year. Rather I see a focus on improving
what we have by adjusting routes and times as needed to make the system run more smoothly and to increase our on-time performance. Upgraded software will help this happen as we get
better data about our stops.
We should see some street furniture in place in the near future, at least on Huffine and 19th. We will continue to work with the city on in-town shelters
and benches.
