FINAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Amended Plat of Meadow Creek Ph. 1 MaSub Prel. Plat #P13046 (Rogers/Johnson)             Goldeneye Drive/South 27th Avenue *          A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 10.45 acres into 42 lots for R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) development with variance from Section 38.23.100, BMC, and wetland setback requirements. ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Hacot MiSub Prel. Plat #P14001 (Riley/Johnson) Haggerty Lane and Farmhouse Lane * Preliminary Plat Review for a 2-lot minor subdivision (the site of Haggerty Lane Cottages and Haggerty Lane Apartments). 2. Accola Drive Addition Site Plan #Z14012 (Rogers/Johnson) 312 Accola Drive *  Preliminary Site Plan Review to allow the redevelopment of existing residential structures on a 12, 220 sq/ft parcel.
