MEETING DATE: January 27th, 2014 AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign a letter to the CTEP Supervisor designating Robert J. Murray Jr, P.E. as the City’s Environmental Certifying Official. BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of a letter to CTEP designating project engineer Murray as the City’s Environmental Certifying Official for the above referenced project. This is required by the program for a subsequent submittal of an environmental checklist and application for a categorical exclusion for the project. The letter is in the CTEP programs standard format.
