Public Comment:
Tom LeProwse just came into the office and asked that I pass some
information on to you. He said:
Ray Heagney with the Fish and Game (who own the city ponds park by the
Mall) spoke with him a few years ago and Mr. Heagney said the Fish and
Game would probably give that property to the city of Bozeman if they
wanted it. It would need to go through the state legislature to get it
authorized. Tom feels it would make sense for the city to own it and said that
since the state legislature is meeting now, now would be the time to do this.
