BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, that notice having
been
published in accordance with law requesting bids for the purchase of $1,400,000 Sewerage System I
Revenue Bonds of the City to be dated July 1, 1969, and the Commission having publicly received
and considered all bids submitted pursuant to that notice, and have ascertained the most satis-
factory bid to be that of Dain, Kalman & Quail. Inc.. of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and
Associates,
providing for a total net interest cost of $771,900.00 and having also received and considered
a proposal setting forth the coupon rates and premium desired by the successful bidder, and hav-
ing ascertained that such terms are equivalent to the net interest cost bid, the sale of the
bonds is hereby awarded in accordance with that proposal, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on the part of the City a contract for the sale of the bonds
pursuant thereto, at a price of par plus accrued interest plus a premium of $ none

The check furnished by the successful bidder as security for such proposal shall be retained
by the Director of Finance until the bonds are delivered and the full purchase price paid, and the I
checks of other bidders shall be returned forthwith.
Passed by the City Commission and approved by the Mayor this~ day of October,
