Message: Greetings Commissioners, This mornings newspaper article concerning acooperative police and justice facility prompts the question: has the city and countyever considered a joint government somewhat like that of Butte-Silverbow? Savingsin operational budgets might be an obvious feature of such an arrangement, don'tyou think? Or is the idea too simplistic?
