BUSINESS ZONE THE EAST 150 FEET OF LOTS 8-B AND 8-C OF THE HOMESITES ~ ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA. I WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustments of the City of Bozeman sitting as a zoning commission did on the 24th day of February, 1971, hold a public hearing and recommend to the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, that the east 150 feet of lots 8-B and 8-C of the Homesites Addition to the City of Bozeman be reclassified and chJ1ged from a Class "A" residential zone to a motor business zone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: Section 1 Declaration of Intention That it is hereby declared to be the intention of the City of Bozeman to reclassify and change from a Class "A" residential zone to a motor business zone the east 150 feet of Lots 8-B and 8-C of the Homesites Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana. Sec tion 2 Protests and Notice That the regular session of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman to be held at the Comm~ ission Chamber, City Hall Building, Bozeman, Montana, on Wednesday, the 7th day of April, 1971, at the hour of one o'clock p.m. of said day, is the time and place when and where the City Commission will hear and pass upon all protests against said reclassification and zone change and the Clerk of the City Commission is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing at least fifteen (15) days before the 7th day of April, 1971, by publication in the ai1y Chroni 1 Bozeman, MOntana. ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, of the said Commission held on the 17th day of March, 1971. I ATTEST: NOTICE IN RE COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1460 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN TO RECLASSIFY AND CHANGE FROM A CLASS "A" RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO MOTOR BUSINESS ZONE THE EAST 150 FEET OF LOTS 8-B AND 8~c OF THE HOMESITES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17th day of March, 1971, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, Commission Resolution No. 1460 entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN MONTANA DECLARING IT TO BE THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, TO RECLASSIFY AND CHANGE FROM A CLASS "A" RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO MOTOR BUSINESS ZONE THE EAST 150 FEET OF LOTS 8-B and 8-C OF THE HOMESITES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA. was passed and adopted. That Wednesday, the 7th day of April, 1971, at one o'clock p.m. at the Commission Room of the City Hall, Bozeman, Montana, is designated by Resolution No. 1460 as the time when and the place where the Commission of the City of Bozeman will hear and pass upon all protests against said re- classification and zone change. Protests must be made in writing and delivered to the Clerk of the I City Commission within fifteen (15) days after date of the first publication of this notice.
