RESOLUTION ACCEPTING, ADOPTING, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE GRANT AGREEMENT
RECEIVED FROM THE AIRPORT DISTRICT OFFICE, FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, BEING PROJECT NO. 1-8-30-0010-01. AND CONTRACT NO. DOT-FA-72-We-1749 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF THE GALLATIN FIELD AIRPORT, BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1. That the City of Bozeman, Montana, by and through its City Commission, and Gallatin

County, by and through its Board of CouRf Commissioners. shall enter into the Grant Agreement for
the purpose of obtaining Federal Aid in the developement of the Gallatin Field Airport, and that
such agreement shall be as set forth hereinbelow.
Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant
Agreement in quintuplet on behalf of the City of Bozeman, Montana, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to impress the Official Seal of the City of Bozeman, Montana thereon and
to attest said execution.
Section 3. A true and correct copy of the Grant Offer referred to herein is atta~hed hereto and
made a part hereof.
