FOR SPECIAL IHPROVEMENT DISTRICTS OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, PURSUANT TO "".,,,.. 1JH. '. -.. "'--. TIIE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 11-2252, R.C .M. , 1947. '~---- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COM}1ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN Section 1: That pursuant to the direction and by authority of the provisions of Section 11-2252, R.C.M. , 19!,7, and upon estimates of such cost made by said City Commission as authorized and dir- I ected by said Section 11-2252, R.C.M. , 19!f 7, to defray the cost of maintaining lighting systems for electrical currecnt in the several Special Improvement Lighting Districts of the City of Bozeman hereinafter specified, there is hereby levied and assessed against the property and several Jots, pieces and parcels thereof within the boundaries of Special ImprovementLi~hting District No. 284, 288, 289, ~~~ 290, 295, 300, 361, 362, 388, !}OO, 420, 423, 453, 459, Lf60, 461'A/:-79, 480, ~8!1', l}90, and ~91 of the City of Bozeman respectively, as heretobefore created and established, the total amounts as to each entire district and the several amounts as to each lot, piece, or parcel of land within the boundaries of such district, as set forth in the several schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked separately for identification as Schedule On~thru Schedule Seventeen. The amount so levied and assessed is 75% of such estimated cost for each and all of said dis- tricts except for S.I.L.D.'s No. 361 and 362, and as to S. 1. L . D. 's No. 361 and 362, the levy and assessment is 50% of such estimated cost. See tion 2: That a particular description of each lot, piece or parcel of land Hith the name of the owner thereof, and the sum assessed and levied against such property and milner, or either, is set forth in the Schedule of each district as specified and identified in Section one of the Resol- ution, and made a part of this Resolution as aforesaid. Section 3: That the regular meeting of theCommission of the City of Bozeman to be held on the -,.,._~ 27th day of September 1972 at the Commission Chamber, City Hall Building, in the City of Bozeman, be and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution Nill be heard and considered by said Commission. Section ll: ThAt the Clerk of the Ci ty Commission be, and she is hereby ordered to publish in the I Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily ne~vspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by said Clerk as such, which notice shall state that this resolution levying and nssessing the several i1mounts set forth i.n the schedules attached hereto and made a part of as aforesaid and for the purposes herein stated has been provisionally passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman and is on file in the office of said Clerk of Commission and subject to inspection during regular office hours, for a period of five (5) days from and after the publi- caUon of such notice and at "my time during such office hours and at or prior to the re2;ular meeting of the Ci t:y COI~lmission to beheld on the 27th day of September 1972 as stated in Section 3 hereof; l:hat said Notice shall he so publ:Lshed one time, and such p~)lication shall be made not less t Ivlt1 five (5) days before the time set for hearing and considering objections to the final adoption of this resolution as aforesaid. The portion of such cos t assessed is 757. as to all of said Districts except District No.'s 361 and 362 (Hain Street) and as such districts the portion of the cost assessed is 50%.
