Safeway Fuel CUP/COA #Z-13272 (Krueger/Johnson) 1801 West Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the demolition of the existing casino, a lot line adjustment, construction of six fuel islands including 12 fuel dispensers with canopy and a kiosk on one lot in addition to the construction of a new retail building sharing a common wall and parking with the kiosk. 2. Partridge Downs MaSub Pre-App #P-13042 (Rogers/Johnson) Northwest of the intersection of Durston Road and Hanson Street * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 6.19 acres into 30 residential lots in the R-2 (Residential Two Household, Medium Density District). 3. Meadows MISUB Pre-App. #P-13043(Krueger/Johnson) Kimball and Tilton Street * A Minor Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 16,774 sq. ft. into 5 lots for R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) development. 4. Amended Plat, of Valley West Ph.3B, 3C & 3D MaSub Pre-App/VAR #P-13044 (Krueger/Johnson) Cottonwood Road * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application with a Variance to allow the subdivision of 3.5 acres into 24 townhouse lots and 6 single household lots zoned R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) and to allow lots less than 5,000 sq. ft. in area to be utilized for either townhome or Single-Household home development. ITEM 4. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Flanders Mill MaSub Pre-App #P-13045 (Saunders/Johnson) South of Baxter Lane, east of Flanders Mill Road * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 136.7 acres into 284 residential lots for R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) and R-4 (Residential High Density District) and PLI (Public Lands and Institutions District) development.  ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. South University District Ph. 1 MiSub Prel. Plat #P-13048 (Krueger/Johnson) 2151 South 11th Avenue * A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 126.9 acres into 3 lots for REMU (Residential Emphasis Mixed Use District) development. 2. Tandem Enterprises ZMA #Z-13294 (Jacobs/Johnson) 601 West Villard Street * A Zone Map Amendment Application to update the zoning district from R-3 to B-2 on two lots equaling 0.268 acres to correspond to the current Bozeman Community Plan designation. 3. Greenhouse Condos SP/COA #Z-13289 (Jacobs/Johnson) 1100 S. Tracy Avenue * A Site Plan with a Certificate Of Appropriateness to allow for the construction of 10 Single-Household, detached condominiums on 2.54 acres. ITEM 6.
