VICINITY MAP PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this project is to restrict turning movements from
east-bound Ellis Street in order to improve the Level of Service on this
leg of the intersection. Current intersection analysis indicates that the
east-bound left fuming movement is operating at a LOS F,during peak STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDED BY REFERENCE
hours. A temporary restriction(median)to allow east-bound right turns Montana Department of Transportation
only will correct the failing movement. This is a temporary improvement - - - -- -- - -
pending redesign and reconstruction of Highland Boulevard per Section 202,Removal of Existing Structures or Obstructions
