Current intersection analysis indicates that the east-bound left fuming movement is operating at a LOS F,during peak STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDED BY REFERENCE hours. A temporary restriction(median)to allow east-bound right turns Montana Department of Transportation only will correct the failing movement.
