Stadium View Apartments SP #Z-13266 (Krueger/Johnson) 2151 South 11th Avenue * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 139 unit, group housing project containing 499 bedrooms with associated parking and related site improvements on 9.82 acres. 2. Campus Crest ZMA #Z-13268 (Riley/Johnson)             South 11th Avenue/Opportunity Way *          A Zone Map Amendment application to change the zoning of 5.0 acres of R-3 (Residential Medium Density District); 10.6 acres of R-1 (Residential Single Household Low Density District) and 0.39 acres of R-2 (Residential Two Household Medium Density District) to R-4 (Residential High Density District).  3.         Campus Crest SP/VAR #Z-13269 (Riley/Johnson)             South 11th Avenue/Opportunity Way *          A Site Plan Application with a Variance for the construction of a 224 unit student housing project with related site improvements. The application includes requested Variances to the Bozeman Municipal Code in regards to Block Width/Length and Building Heights. 4. Dixson Multi-Family CUP #Z-13273 (Jacobs/Johnson) 2282 & 2286 Gallatin Green Boulevard * A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the construction of two 5-plex building in two phases with associated parking and related site improvements. ITEM 4. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Partridge Downs MaSub Pre-App #P-13042 (Rogers/Johnson) Northwest of the intersection of Durston Road and Hanson Street * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 6.19 acres into 25 residential lots in the R-2 (Residential Two Household, Medium Density District). ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Meadows MISUB Pre-App. #P-13043(Krueger/Johnson) Kimball and Tilton Street * A Minor Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 16,774 sq. ft. into 5 lots for R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) development. 2. Flanders Mill MaSub Pre-App #P-13045 (Saunders/Johnson) South of Baxter Lane, east of Flanders Mill Road * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 136.7 acres into 284 residential lots for R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) and R-4 (Residential High Density District) and PLI (Public Lands and Institutions District) development. 3. Amended Plat, of Valley West Ph.3B, 3C & 3D MaSub Pre-App/VAR #P-13044 (Krueger/Johnson) Cottonwood Road * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application with a Variance to allow the subdivision of 3.5 acres into 24 townhouse lots and 6 single household lots zoned R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) and to allow lots less than 5,000 sq. ft. in area to be utilized for either townhome or single-family home development. Braxton Apartments DRC INF #I-13024 (Riley/Johnson) Tschanche Lane; Between N. 19th Avenue and N. 27th Avenue * Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of a 192 unit apartment complex with associated parking and related site improvements. 2. Town Pump #7 Further DEV INF #I-13025 (Krueger/Johnson) 1871 Baxter Lane * Informal Application for advice and comment on a possible Zone Map Amendment from M-1to B-2, boundary line adjustment, new gaming parlor/liquor sales structure, and new car wash structure with related site improvements.
