The property is generally located south of Oak Street between 12th and 14th Avenues, File P13025. MEETING DATE: December 9, 2013 AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Continuance RECOMMENDATION: The City Commission open and continue the review of the Oak Meadows Growth Policy Amendment to January 13, 2014. SUGGESTED MOTION: I move to open and continue the Oak Meadows Growth Policy Amendment, File # P-13025, to January 13, 2014. BACKGROUND: The property owner, RES-MT Oak Meadows, LLC, 709NW, 107th Avenue, 4th Floor, Miami, FL 33172, represented by PC Associates, LLC, 26D Shawnee Way, Bozeman, MT 59715, has made application to amend Figure 3-1, the future land use map, in the Bozeman Community Plan located south of Oak Street between 12th and 14th Avenue on 5.74-acres. The request is in conjunction with a Zone Map Amendment (#Z-13125). The Department of Community Development received written request on November 26 from the Applicant’s representative to continue the review of the Oak Meadows Growth Policy Amendment to the regularly scheduled City Commission hearing on January 13, 2014. A staff report for the project will be forwarded to your attention prior to the January 13, 2014 public hearing. Staff will be present on December 9, 2013 hearing to respectfully request that the agenda item be opened and continued to the January 13 hearing date to maintain the public notice requirements.
