2. Stadium View Apartments SP #Z-13266 (Krueger/Johnson)
2151 South 11th Avenue * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 139 unit, group housing project containing 499 bedrooms with associated parking and related site improvements on
9.82 acres.
3. Southbridge Phase II, Major Subdivision 2A # P-13041 (Rogers/Johnson) South 19th Avenue, south of Southbridge Drive * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to consider the subdivision 23.3-acres into 68
lots for single household development.

* A Zone Map Amendment application to change the zoning of 5.0 acres of R-3
(Residential Medium Density District); 10.6 acres of R-1 (Residential Single
Household Low Density District) and 0.39 acres of R-2 (Residential Two Household Medium Density District) to R-4 (Residential High Density District).

* A Site Plan Application with a Variance for the construction of a 224 unit student
housing project with related site improvements. The application includes requested Variances to the Bozeman Municipal Code in regards to Block Width/Length and
Building Heights.

2282 & 2286 Gallatin Green Boulevard * A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the construction of two 5-plex
building in two phases with associated parking and related site improvements.
4. Safeway Fuel CUP/COA #Z-13272 (Krueger/Johnson)
1801 West Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the
demolition of the existing casino, a lot line adjustment, construction of six fuel
islands including 12 fuel dispensers with canopy and a kiosk on one lot in addition to
the construction of a new retail building sharing a common wall and parking with the
kiosk.
