RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT(S)
COMES NOW the City of Bozeman, 121 North Rouse Avenue, l3ozernan, MT 59715. a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana hercinaltcr("GRANTOR") and does hereby
release and reconvey the following described easement(s) unto Liebrnann Florist, Inc.. PO Box
306, Bozeman, MT 59771, as follows

WHEREAS the Grantor is the legal record title holder of the sewer pipeline easement
situated across Certificate of Survey 655, located in the NW z/4 of Sec. 18, T2 S, ME, P.M.M.,
City of Bozeman, Callatin County, Montana,
WHEREAS the above seiner pipeline; casement was granted an the document recorded in
Film 71, Page 766 being filed on December 18, 1975 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of
Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREFORE,the Grantor sloes hereby release and rcconvey to I.Jiebillann Florist, Inc,,
those portions of the easement(s) located oil the above described real property as set forth on
Exhibit A attached hereto together with any right, title, or interest that the Grantor may have its
said casements as set forth by the "20' WIDE SEWED EASEMENT TO BE RELEASED"
shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set
forth and described. In addition, an easement for water rind sewer pipelines is hereby granted by
the owner of the tract of land shown on Certificate of Survey Number 655 to the City of
Bozcman for the areas set forth by the "NEW PUBLIC WATER AND SEWER PIPELINE
1' SI":MENT" shown on Exhibit A.
