Public Street and Utility Easement

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially
executed easements for the Public Street and Utility Easements for the
above referenced project. Engineering staff has reviewed the easements
and found them to be acceptable.
The Public Street and Utility Easements were included as a
condition of approval with the annexation. The easements will provide
legal authority for public streets and the necessary utilities Oak Street,
Ferguson Avenue, and Flanders Mill Road.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
