Public Access Easement and Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access Easement

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially
executed easements for the Public Access Easement and Sewer and Water
Pipeline and Access Easement for the above referenced project.
Engineering staff has reviewed the easements and found them to be
acceptable.
The Easements were included as a condition of approval with the
annexation. The easements will provide legal authority for public access
and access for the installation and maintenance of the publicly owner
water and sewer mains.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
