A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY COMMISSION TO EXECUTE A WARRNITY
DEED.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO~1ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE~~~ AS FOLLOWS: I
That the Mayor of the City of Bozeman, William E. Grabow, be and he hereby is authorized for and
on be~alf of the City of Bozeman to make and execute a warranty deed transferring and conveying to
Dokken-Nelson Funeral Service, Inc. the following described real property situated in the county of
Gallatin, state of Montana, to wit:
Lot Three (3) and the North Five (5) feet of Lot Four (4) in Block "B"
of Alderson's Addition to Bozeman, Montana, according to the official
map and plat on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk
and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at its regular meeting held on the 10th day of October,
1973.
