Hotel @ Block G SP/COA #Z-13252 (Krueger/Johnson) 25 East Mendenhall Street * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the demolition of an existing building and construction of a 104 room hotel with related site improvements. 2. Simmental Annex #A-13004 (Saunders/Johnson) Springhill Road and Campbell Road * Annexation application to allow the annexation of 4.309 acres into the city. (Second of a 2-week review) 3. Simmental ZMA #Z-13255 (Saunders/Johnson) Springhill Road and Campbell Road * Zone Map Amendment application to allow the establishment of an Urban zoning designation of R-O (Residential Office District) on 4.309 acres in conjunction with annexation.
