3. INFORMAL ITEMS
1. Informal Application (I13023) for a 180-200 unit apartment project located north of Tschache Lane, between N. 19th Avenue and N. 27th Avenue. The applicant has
requested initial Wetland Review Board feedback on their proposed wetland mitigation proposal. Their wetland determination identified four different wetland areas on the site and they
propose to disturb approximately 0.47 acres of the delineated wetlands. The proposal is to mitigate these wetlands by purchasing banking credits with Ecosystems Services – Upper Missouri
Mitigation.
