ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2013-02
Adoption of the 2011 National Electric Code
WHEREAS, on January 7, 2013 the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry,
has adopted NEW Mule (24.301.401) exactly as proposed, which adopts, with modifications, the
2011 National Electric Code.
WHEREAS, on January 7, 2013 the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry
repealed the prior editions of the detailed code and portions of the detailed code which directly
apply to its jurisdiction.
NOW, THEREFORE, in conformance with the Notice from the State of Montana,
Department of Labor and Industry and Bozeman Municipal Code Section 10.02.010 the City of
Bozeman hereby adopts those portions of the 2011 ]'National Electric Code which were adopted
by the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry on January 7, 2013 and which apply
to the City of Bozeman jurisdictional area.
