I hereby extend the City of Bozeman "s Goodwill Policy for wastewater backups to the
occupants or property owners of the hones that experienced property damage as a result of the
recent water main break occurring on Saturday, July 31, 2010 in and around the 900 Block of
South Black Avenue.
The same processing procedures for the voluntary Wastewater Goodwill Policy claims
will apply to the processing of these claims.
BE IT HEREBY ORDERED that the City of Bozeman "s Goodwill Policy is extended to
those affected by the recent water main break occurring on Saturday, July 31, 2010.
