A RESOLtJrION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE CANVASS BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN OF THE RETURNS OF A SPECIAL ELECTION
ON THE QUESTIONS OF ISSUING GENERAL MUNICIPAL OBLIGATION BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman as follmrs:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, at a meeting held at 1: 30 0' clock I
p. m. on Monday, the 12th day of November, 1913, at the City Commission chambers in the City Hall
Building of the City of Bozeman, Montana, for the purpose of canvassing the returns at a general elec-
tion on the question of issuing general municipal obligation bonds, held in the city of Bozeman, Mon-
tana. on Tuesday. the 6th day of November, 1913. found, determined, and declared that at such election
40.15 percent of the qualified electors of the City of Bozeman entitled to vote on the question of
issuing general municipal obligation bonds, voted thereon and that a majority of such votes on both
propositions submitted w~re cast in favor of the issuing of such bonds, and that the total of the
votes cast on both questions or propositions at said election 'vas as follQ"t-rs:

Section 2. The question of issuing said bonds is hereby declared to have carried by more than
the requisite majority and this City Commission is hereby authorized to proceed, and shall proceed,
with the issuance of said bonds. I
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session held on
the 14th day of November, 1913.
