I hereby amend Administrative Order No. 2007-03, Adoption of the City of Bozeman
Vehicle Use Policy, to include aRide-Share Program for City Hall employees. The City of
Bozeman would like to aid in the reduction of road congestion, improve air quality and decrease
the amount of greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, the City of Bozeman will provide a City
vehicle to employees participating in the Ride Share Program when an emergency arises and the
individual needs to leave City Hall unexpectedly. There aze two reserved parking spaces for
employees who choose to carpool. All participating employees need to possess a valid Montana
Driver's License, pass a driver's license status check, and sign any waivers deemed necessary by
the Legal Department.
BE IT HEREBY ORDERED that the City of Bozeman will amend Administrative Order
2007-03 to include the Ride-Shaze Program.
