I hereby extend the City of Bozeman's Goodwill Policy for wastewater backups to the
occupants or property owners of the homes that experienced property damage as a result of the recent
water main break occurring on Friday, February 16, 2007 in and around South 15"' and Babcock
Street.
The same processing procedures for the voluntary Wastewater Goodwill Policy claims will
apply to the processing of these claims.
BE IT HEREBY ORDERED that the City of Bozeman's Goodwill Policy is extended to
those affected by the recent water main break occurring on Friday, February 16, 2007.
