Whenever I am out of Gallatin County, Montana for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive
hours, or in case of an emergency and I camiot be reached, I hereby appoint the Assistant City
Manager as Acting City Manager to act in my stead during my absence.
Whenever I, and the Assistant City Manager, are out of Gallatin County, Montana for more
than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours or in the case of an emergency and neither of us can be
reached, I hereby appoint the Director of Public Service as Acting City Manager to act in my stead
during my and the Assistant City Manager's absence.
Whenever 1, the Assistant City Manager and the Director of Public Service are out of Gallatin
County, Montana for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, or in case of an emergency and
none of us can be reached, I hereby appoint the Finance Director as Acting City Manager to act in
my stead during my, the Assistant City Manager's and the Director of Public Service's absence.
Whenever I, the Assistant City Manager, the Director of Public Service and the Finance
Director are out of Gallatin County, Montana for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, or
in case of an emergency and none of us can be reached, I hereby appoint the Director of Public
Safety as Acting City Manager to act in my stead during my, the Assistant City Manager's, the
Director of Public Service's and the Finance Director's absence.
Whenever I, the Assistant City Manager, the Director of Public Service, the Finance Director
and the Director of Public Safety are out of Gallatin County, Montana for more than twenty-four {24)
consecutive hours, or in case of an emergency and none of us can be Leached, I hereby appoint the
Planning Director as Acting City Manager to act in my stead du~•ing my, the Assistai City
Manager's, the Director of Public Service's, the Finance Director's and the Director of Public
Safety's absence.
Whenever I, the Assistant City Manager, the Director ofPublic Service, the Finance Director,
the Director ofPubfic Safety and the Planning Director are out of Gallatin County, Montana formore
than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, or in case of an emergency and none of us can be reached,
I hereby appoint the City Attorney as Acting City Manager to act in my stead during my, the
Assistant City Manager's, the Director of Public Services's, the Final~ce Director's, the Director of
Public Safety's, and the Planning Director's absence.
