Home My WebLink AboutAdministrative Order No. 2004-06 Adoption of International Energy Conservation Code 2003 EditionADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO.2004-06 WHEREAS, on September 3, 2004, the Department of Labor and Industry, Building Codes Bureau, adopted the Intet~~ational Energy Conservation Code {IECC), 2003 Edition; and, WHEREAS, on September 3, 2004, the Deparhnent of Labor and hidustry, Building Codes Bureau, repealed prior editions of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC); and, WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman, in order to avoid potential decertification of its enforcement program, has determined it should also adopt the International Energy Conservation Code {IECC), 2003 Edition, NOW, THEREFORE, effective December 3, 2004, the City of Bozeman hereby adopts the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), 2003 Edition in conformance with the Notice from the Department of Labor and Industry Building Codes Bureau and Bozeman Municipal Code § 15.01.010.
