Revocation of Administrative Order 199$-06
WHEREAS, on December 31,1998, Administrative Order 1998-06 was issued requiring the
City Manager's authorization prior to imposing any fee, charge, assessment, or other charges to
recover costs of programs not existing on November 3,1998. This Administrative Order was issued
to insure compliance with CI-75; and
WHEREAS, CI-75 is no longer in effect and thus, the previous Administrative Order is no
longer necessary,
NOW, THEREFORE, I hereby terminate and revoke Administrative Order 1998-06 issued
on December 31, 1998. This revocation is effective immediately.
