That it is hereby declared to be the intention of the City of Bozeman to create a special improve..
ment sprinkling district to be knmffi as L3pecial Improvement Sprinkling District Ho. 6 of the City of
Bozeman., Montana, for the purpose of sprinl':.ling water, oil, salt, or any other dust palliative upon
the streets and alleys hereinafter enumerated:

The exterior boundaries of the said Special Improve~ent Sprinkling District No.6 are as follows:

ling district by forces employed by the City.

The estimated annual cost of said sprinh:1ing is :;>11,091.08. 'I'he City of Bozeman ",HI pay 25
percent of this cost, and the owners of property fronting upon the streets or avenues upon "Thich snrinl:-

The assessment for the cost and expense of sprinkling said streets and avenues shall be mad.e upon
a frontage bas is with each lot or parcel of land "Ti thin such snrinkling district abutting upon some
street or avenue upon "Thich sprinklin{1; is done to be assessed for that part of the 'Thole cost which its
street frontage bears to the street frontage of the entire sprinlding district. On this basis, the
lineal frontage of the district is 23,766.28 feet, and the estimated rate of assess:rnent is ::;0.35 per
I front foot.

The total front footage of property fronting upon streets and avenues upon which sprinkling is
to be done is 23,166.28 lineal feet, and protests against the proposed 'Tork will be considered by the
City Commission on a frontage basis.

'l'hat the regular session of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman to be held at the Commission
Chamber, City Hall Building, Bozeman, Hontana, on the 20th day of February. 1911t, at the hour of 1: 15
o'clock p.m. of said day, is the time and place, when and "here the City Commission will hear and pass
upon all protests duly and regularly made and filed against the creation of said proposed Specia.l Im--
Provement Eprink1inr; District No. 6, and the Clerk of the City Commission be. and she is hereby, directed
to give notice in the manner and for the time as by law required of the adoption of this resolution of
intention.
ADOP'rED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular and stated session of said
I City Commission held on the 30th day of January, 1914.
